The address is a little confusing as it is in the wine village of Beckstein. It is a lovely village hotel. The service and food was excellent. Very clean and the restaurant was busy with locals, always a good sign. Approx 100 meters away is the village winery where you can sample some of the local Franken wines. These are a different taste to Mosel/Rhine wines, a little drier. Whilst there is a railway station in Koenigshofen, there is no parking. Lauda is a bigger station & all local trains stop there. However, whilst there is 'P+R', it appeared to be by way of permit. Disappointing.
