Had to stay an extra night in Kiel due to delays on the Autobahn. Missed my ferry to Norway. This hotel is top notch. I have allergies, asked for pillow and duvet without feathers, no problem. Fixed straight away. Excellent and lovely front desk staff. Extremely helpful and understanding. Got a room and able to check in straight away, even though it was earlier in the day. If you need a great place to stay in Kiel without breaking your bank account. This hotel is certainly worth choosing. I will be back in the future.
