On a European tour, covering everywhere from Gibraltar to Sweden and back, this was the best hotel we stayed at. Masquerading as the Landhaus Schellhorn, of all the Akzent hotels I have visited, this has got to be the best. Only classified as 3*, but well worthy of at least one more. Helpful diligent staff, well appointed rooms with little extras (2 types of bottled water, various teas and coffees, biscuits etc.) thrown in and a restaurant to die for. The surrounding countryside may be similar to many other parts of northern Europe, but this hotel is worth a visit on its own.
