This hotel in the Eifel mountains give you a real feeling of being welcome, to a degree which you rarely experience elsewhere. It has a nice traditional German atmosphere and not much appears to have changed over the last 40 years. The room at the back we got, was very comfortable and quiet. The food in the restaurant was good, although the choice is limited. The breakfast was excellent. There is a terrace with view on the mountains, where you can enjoy a good German beer.
