Seipel

This is a small hotel and when we arrived late Sunday afternoon the desk was closed, but they left us the code and a key. The room was decent sized and nicely decorated. The bed was big, but had those odd European comforter things. I prefer sheets, but there were none. The TV was somewhat small and only had German TV channels The bathroom was clean well lit and with good water pressure. Once we figured out the controls, the air conditioner worked just fine. The room had decent lighting and outlets by the bed for charging items. You do need European adapters for US plugs here. The hotel had plenty of parking in back. The grounds were nice. The breakfast was nice. German Breakfasts have plenty of cheese, ham, bread, and fruit. There were not many guests there and it was very quiet. The hotel is a short walk to the center of town. it is only a short drive to the popular areas of Heidelberg Overall it was a pleasant stay and this would be a good choice if looking for a quiet hotel in the area away from the hustle of the main town.
