Stayed for several days for a business trip in a single room. Pro: very friendly and helpful manager. Strong hot shower and great central heating (even better than in some four star hotel rooms). Good room rate and central location to the main station. If you know about the infamous delays of public transport, it is always good to be able to get to most spots on foot if necessary. Supermarket Kaufland/ATM is just 1 min away. Balcony. As most people do not cook, the kitchen was always available for use. Wifi good. Cons: Small stair case, but I figured that out before I booked. Bathroom facilities could be newer and more clean during check-in. Nice to have: More bowls for eating and microwave would be cool. Would give 3.5-4 points to the property. I can recommend the place if you have travel experience (no reception from the afternoon till the morning and self-check-in). Room felt more spacious than the 8m2 as stated.
