Heidelberg Rooms

My husband and I traveled Europe six months ago, so this review is long overdue. We stayed at Heidelberg ROOMS during our five days in this beautiful city. The location is at the very end of the haupstrasse. Take a left down a quiet, little street, and there you are. Heidelberg ROOMS is an authentic residence located in the heart of Heidelberg, yet it is tucked away from the tourist grid. It was only a short walk from the parking lot to the apartment, which is important when one is pulling a suitcase over centuries old cobblestones. :) Besides location, we chose Heidelberg ROOMS because it included a kitchenette. We went to the grocery store daily, and enjoyed several home cooked meals on the balcony (overlooking a charming courtyard). Speaking of balcony, we did not originally book that room. However, it was not occupied during our stay, so we were upgraded at no extra cost! This speaks to the character of management, and I thoroughly thank them again for everything (pre-arrival correspondence, general queries, etc). We would not hesitate for one second to recommend Heidelberg ROOMS to anyone. We are 100% pleased, grateful, and satisfied with our decision to stay there this past summer.
