Café-Restaurant Hotel Breuer

Tonight we went to Hotel Breuer by Veganalina to try vegan food, no great expectations, just the wish to try it out and then forget it. Well, we soon realised that it was the best choice of a restaurant we could have made. The food, starters and main course, was delicious. My husband and I chose different dishes but we both were very impressed by the quality and taste of our choice. This restaurant has recently been taken over by a young women, Alina, and the cook, Christopher. I think this is a very courageous decision for such a young woman, but with the freshness, quality and taste of this "alternative" food all I can hope and wish is that a lot of people go to this restaurant to have the experience that we had. Alina and Christopher talked to us and told us about their vision, ideals and hopes for the future. We would like to contribute to their success by telling people how delicious vegan food can be when it is prepared in the manner that Christopher does it. All we would like to say to the public is, go there, try the lovely food and support the young people who are willing to work at making a change to better and healthier food in restaurants. We will return to this restaurant; OFTEN😊
