The Hotel Esprit was a bit off putting at first. It is further from the town center than we expected - about a 20 minute walk, but a tram runs nearby. The rooms are above a small bar/restaurant and there is no lift. Our room faced the front and was large enough. The towels were thin, but there was plenty of hot water. We couldn't get the tv to work, but that was okay. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs and fruit and meats and cheese, etc. The smell of smoke lingered from the night before since the breakfast was served in the restaurant. The proprietors were very nice. The Hotel Esprit wasn't fancy but it was adequate, clean and welcoming.
