I was on a business trip to Greifswald, that's what it's for. Very close to the train station (max. 10min walk), market place also max. 10min walk away. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was good. Bathroom was also clean and fine. The hotel seemed quiet, but you can hear other guests well at least in the corridor, but I didn't hear anything at night. I didn't use breakfast and parking. Would book it again.
