Located in a residential area, The Little Neighbor is a quiet oasis. The owner's family knows how to welcome their guests: with kindness and warmth. The rooms are very nicely furnished, very clean and have everything the traveler needs. A beautiful garden invites to total chill. The breakfast is sufficient and good. We'll be back.

The reception was very warm. The whole guesthouse is very clean and lovingly decorated. The rooms are equipped with a box spring bed, a seating area with seats and a desk. In each room there is a radio alarm clock and in the bathroom a fan and shower and hand soap. There are no standardised hotel furniture, but lovingly selected. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The owner of the guesthouse is very friendly and approachable.

The guesthouse is quietly located just outside the city centre of Gotha. Our double room was very beautiful, impeccably renovated, bright and well maintained, bathroom fully equipped. Very friendly hostess with helpful tips for ignorant tourists, delicious, rich breakfast. Overall very family friendly atmosphere, a home to feel comfortable.

Nice place to stay on the edge of Gotha, friendly welcome, clean comfortable room with car parking right outside & good standard German breakfast in the morning with cold meats cheese boiled egg fresh rolls. Good value friendly Italian Bistro not far away. A bit out of the center of town. Very quiet.

What is the difference?Even after the first day, after arrival, an overnight stay and the first breakfast, one has to note that the friendly, friendly and family atmosphere makes the difference.Apart from low room prices, this house has a special charm.The rooms are equipped in the same way as each hotel.A well-maintained house, both indoors and outdoors, ensures that you feel comfortable.

Pension or hotel?

I spent 4 nights at the said boarding house and was very kindly received at the beginning. The boarding house is spacious and bright, the room layout is more like a hotel than a boarding house, so you feel comfortable quickly. I also want to highlight the exemplary cleanliness! Everything is very well maintained and carefully designed. The breakfast included in the price is served at the table and is quite extensive (sort, cheese, jam, jam, jam, cooked egg, coffee, tea, and even daily newspapers are offered!). The boarding house also has its own parking space behind the house. As a single suggestion, I was encouraged to create a modern breakfast table, which can also be served on the old-fashioned TVs, because I would like to make a good example of the service provided by the PSL.
