Hotel am Rosenbad

This is not a big name hotel or a part of an international corporation. This is a delightful privately run hotel that treats guests like friends. I’ve stayed here several times whilst taking part in the Fulda International 2Day walk each October. Yes the reception is not 24/7 who cares. Breakfast is a combination of freshly prepared food in a buffet style commonplace in Europe. The staff are delightful and friendly. Dianne must be credited as she is friendly and a credit to the hotel. The cost of the hotel is easily compatible with other main stream hotels that lack character and soul. Yes the rooms are slightly tired but in the main most hotel rooms I have stayed in are tired. You only change and sleep in your room which is clean comfortable and more than adequate. I’ve already reserved my room for next years walking event so yes I will be back and thank you to the staff at the hotel for making us all welcome.
