We celebrated our wedding at Fürst Bismarck Mühle in October 2016 and just had the best time. The venue is nothing less than beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was quick and polite. The setting is perfect for nature lovers right at the edge of the forest including a small lake and river with sheep grazing just outside the window (no kidding). Inside there is a fireplace to give elegant room with wooden beams and large windows a cozy touch. We had venison for the main course and, oh my, it was so tender and delicious, I cannot even begin to describe how good it tasted. The rest of the food including desert was really good, too. The hotel rooms have recently been renovated so despite the building’s age everything is up to today’s standards. So, if you are looking for a modern and elegant but out of the way and quite getaway, the historic Fürst Bismarck Mühle is your address. Enjoy!
