Overall, a great hotel and nothing to complain about. Beds are comfy, pillows are nice, and rooms are good. But here are a couple of pieces of feedback for the room I was put in. The hotel bathroom or room has no towel holder for the towel to be neatly hung to dry after use. This was surprising as the hotel is conscious about sustainability, and due to this issue, people may end up putting the towel aside for laundry/change by housekeeping. Also, there is no way to reach the reception or any other service you may need. i.e., no telephone in the room. The light goes on and off immediately after inserting the card and taking the card out, respectively, which is a bit unusual if you are entering or moving out of the room. The lights are generally on for a few seconds for guests to either enter or exit comfortably. These are minor things, but important for a complete feel-good experience.
