52 reviewsNice hotel in a nice residential area. When I arrived, I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor & no lift! The receptionist checked all the unoccupied rooms & found one on the ground floor, brilliant. However, I was advised that the restaurant was full on Saturday, a private party. One of my pet hates, no room for guests. I know they have to make money. Also staff smoking outside the front door when I arrived. Not very professional. The bed was low for me, but comfortable. Bathroom a good size with a nice deep shower tray. Breakfast & restaurant was good. Staff were good & helpful. Train/bus/tram about 5 miles away with connections to Potsdam & Berlin.
