We visited in this apartment in April 2014. We arrived very late and it was not a problem. We rented two apartments, the smallest and the largest ones. Both were nice size and functional. Bathrooms were modern. It was nice to cook breakfast in our kitchen and eat breakfast in a small balcony and watch river ships. The owner Helmut was friendly and he helped us a lot.
