We needed a place within reach of the Nurburgring for one night and by random chance through a website, ended up here. I was prepared for the worst but had a wonderful experience and it was excellent value for money. Accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. On arrival we had a wine tasting of the house range. We know a little about wine and found several beautifully floral delicious wines that quickly filled to car boot. Good price and quality made them irresistible. After a late dinner, two of us joined a small gathering in the bar where four Germans from near Berlin were polishing off a few bottles. Apparently they have been retuning here annually for DECADES to replenish their cellars and have a nice holiday next to the Mosel. This was a completely delightful random find and we would definitely return again when we can spend more than one night.
