In general, I liked it. First of all, I would like to thank the friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for making my stay at the hotel comfortable. The one-room room was a bit cramped. You can also note the lack of air conditioning, which can be a serious problem in the summer.

It's convenient, but expensive.

This hotel is very well located near the centre of Düsseldorf as well as the central train station! The price was quite high but certainly due to the Medica2019 conference, at that time all room prices are skyrocketing! Otherwise, I was entitled to a nice little apartment with a nice room on the courtyard side and a large living room on the street side. I slept like a baby in a comfortable bed. Too bad I only stay one night!

Everything in mediocrity, things in his favor are close to the station of Dussendorf 5 minutes walk, and breakfast... very uncomfortable reception at night is closed, if you have to check in after 23.30 do not enter... for the center can be convenient

Nice hotel, it's a three-star hotel, but it doesn't look like it at all.

It's a nice hotel.

The hotel Alt-Graz is convenient for traffic. However, I have to report a negative experience. I had booked a non-smoking room (single room). When I arrived, unfortunately, only late at night, so that all rooms were empty, I already smelled the smoke through the closed room door. When I entered the room, it was also very cold (about 16-17 degrees) and the heating was out. Then the room service had probably tried to remove the smoke smell over a day's reservation. It didn't work. Now it was cold AND smelled of smoke. With this, two points were to be disputed. These circumstances as a single room with an extra 150-room shower - because just every bathroom - is not to be rented, and the heating was out.

Smoky and cold - probably a case in point, but still not worth the money

I just needed a place to overnight before I left for the airport.  I arrived via train and this place was easy to find/walk to.  There were restaurants in the area.  The staff was friendly and accommodating.  The room was clean.  A very easy walk back to the train station in the morning to catch express train to the airport.  It also has an elevator - which is great is you have a heavy suitcase.

Convenient location, friendly staff, English speaking staff

Near the main train station and not far from the old town is the Hotel Alt Graz. Clean rooms at a good price, in a good location, you can only make a recommendation.

Visit to the Old Town

We had booked a room for 3 people here and got an apartment for it which was nice. The apartment had a bedroom, a living room with a bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a parking garage in front of the hotel with some parking spaces, we paid around €10 to park there for a day. The people at reception were friendly and the price was good (€270 for our apartment and another two-person room, no breakfast). Wifi works good. The location is reasonable, it’s about a 15 minutes walk to the old city center. Recommendable!

Pleasant stay

I was surprised by the big bedroom bathroom with bathtub/dash living room with TV led sofa and dining table/dinner plus kitchen including refrigerator dishwasher etc... on the kitchen table provided boiler with coffee/tea.

Good apartment/hotel near station and downtown... I recommend it.

The Hotel has a modern interior and nice staff. Everything is clean and the food was good. Free WLAN is available and the workshop rooms are adequately equipped but sometimes a little cold when the vetilation is running.
