This is a reasonably priced traditional hotel with an even more traditional restaurant. The room was clean, beds good and we slept excellent and long, no noise. In the restaurant we found delicious Maultaschen (homemade) with Pfifferlingen (Chanterelles) and a fresh draught Beer (Weizen and Pils). The breakfast had limited choice but quality was high with black- Forest ham and home made jam from red current berries. Not sweet! Bread was fine! Service was very friendly, except for the one grumpy man, but he is the soul of the kitchen.....Still cooking like his? and my grandmother used to.
