I stayed in Balthasar Neumann for two nights while I was visiting Phantasialand the fun park in Brühl and it was a very pleasant stay. This is not a 5 stay hotel, but it was most certainly 5 star in service and hospitality. They were very kind to me and they kept my luggage for one day after check out so I could pick it up later on the way back from Phantasialand so that was very sweet and kind of them. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something comfortable and affordable, nothing fancy but clean, warm, and quiet. Thank you for having me there.
