In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please, note that from 01.04.2023 the city tax of 7.50 % is not included in room price and applicable for all guests: business travellers and leisure guests. Please note that check-in must be arranged in advance by telephone. If guests fail to arrive before the end of the designated check-in, they must pay a surcharge of EUR 20 for each new hour begun afterwards as the accommodation has to employee extra personnel.
