Kristall- & Vitalhotel Bergknappenhof

We went to this Bodenmais hotel for a couple of nights. We stayed at a very spacious appartment with many doors (which was great so we didnt disturb each other). We liked the food in the restaurant, but we would prefer the buffet every day (some days there is a 4-course menu). There was a very nice new wellness area (maybe a little bit confusingly distributed over 2-3 floors so it was at the beginning difficult to find our way to all the different rooms). Staff was helpfull (especially friendly was one blonde receptionist). Its not a "kids" hotel so I didnt expect much, but was pleasantly surprised by a nicely equipped inside playroom. Only one unpleasant misunderstanding happened at the end. We bought a voucher on their website (with our names and dates of arrival/departure). I presented the voucher upon our arrival, it was not taken from me so I put it somewhere in the room and didnt pay any attention to it (anyway it was payed through a bank transfer so I felt pretty sure its just an unimportant paper). Then the last day by check out I was asked to give them the voucher. I was told that its like cash, if we dont have it, we must pay the whole amount again (and it was not cheap at all! ). Of course I panicked because I had no idea where it was ! The whole family started searching and finally after half an hour of furious searching we found it. It spoiled a little bit the overall nice experience. I was told by a receptionist that we are not the first one, so I dont understand why the dont accentuate this information before in e-mails or immediatelly upon our arrival.
