We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. So if you don’t have a car, this place isn’t recommended even though it’s one of the best properties to stay in. They have happy hour (free) for hot chocolate and coffee and that’s very nice. Highly recommend. They also have an AC and heater in the room which is very rare
