We ended up staying here for 5 nights after a breakdown left us stranded mid-holiday, and we can't praise Alex and his team highly enough for their excellent hospitality and willingness to accommodate our ever evolving needs as our drama unfolded (they even helped us to find local VW garages, and gave us a lift to collect our hire car when it was time to leave!). They really were excellent, and their food is lovely, the breakfast great, and the Romanian menu is definetly worth a try at dinner! The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from a large supermarket and a tram stop that takes you straight into the centre in less than 10 mins. There is also a beautiful park with a petting zoo and some amazing outdoor spaces just a short walk away which is well worth exploring. The hotel is clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and nice balconies, and is off the main roads so its peaceful and quiet all day. We had a lovely time, and will definetly stay again if we ever find ourselves in mannheim again. Thanks again to everyone... we hope you enjoy the little thankyou we've sent you in the post!
