Exceptional breakfast, charging a person for the whole day. Excellent service and support (a problem with the leaking faucet, reported after our arrival, was eliminated in no time!) Extremely clean premises and the friendly English-speaking staff. The safe box in the room. High ceilings. We had a room with the balcony - and it was worth to have it, for it was providing us for extra space in the evenings. Comfortable matrasses and pillows. A small fridge and coffee machine. A table with enough space for doing paper work et al. Of course, the location is great, with good connections to the city via buses, the S-Bahn and (to some extent) the U-Bahn - albeit, on the whole, U1 appeared to be not very functional. Plentyy of choices of restaurants. However, we must point to some details to consider: - No AC in the room - may be a problem if the heatwave is getting longer - Small toilet room (still absolutely functional!) - A handful of hangers in the wardrobe Still, we are extremely pleased with our 10-day stay in the Hotel. If we decide to visit Berlin again, this Hotelwill be our primary choice again!
