We recently stayed here as a family With kids for 3 nights in August 2017. Check in was fine, bernd was very friendly guy, walked us around the apartment and gave us a few tips for local shops etc. The 2 bedroom apartment was on 3rd floor of the building, accessible by a small old fashioned lift. It was bright and nicely furnished with modern furniture. The second bedroom is separated from the main bedroom/living area by a sliding door which was broken but wasn't much of an issue for us. The kitchen was tiny and needed updating however was fully equipped (no microwave). Tv had no English channels and the DVD player was actually blue ray but didn't work anyway!! There was no AC and it was boiling but there was a large fan which worked nicely! Location is fab for ubahn station approx 5 mins walk away.
