Just back from 3 nights at this hotel. 
Paid extra for an executive room which was to include access to the club lounge.
Like other hotels expected room to be on same floor as club lounge but not in this case - up 2 floors and the other end of the corridor.
Club lounge only served sandwiches and salad plus beer and wine from 5.30 pm. The same choice for each evening. No member of staff returned after the initial set up and we had to phone reception after the only bottle of wine was finished.
Bedroom very large and comfortable.
Bathroom very large with rain shower.
Metro station very near by to explore the city and get to and from the airport.
Breakfast good selection with chef available for special omelette requests.

Disappointing club lounge

Stayed here as a couple on a city break in Berlin. The hotel has a modern décor inside and the rooms are spacious. Location wise the hotel is a five minute walk from Potsdamer Platz and has several subway connections all within walking distance.

Good hotel in good location

This is a beautiful hotel walking distance to the city center.  Walking distance to the metro and bus.

The rooms have comfortable beds and pillows.  Tea pots in the room.  The front desk is helpful (they replaced our blowdryers quickly).  The only issue was the water only got warm in the shower.

They have a beautiful breakfast.  A variety of juices, eggs, cheeses, fish, breads, pastries, fruits, and coffee.

When we checked in the fire alarm sounded.  We were told to leave the building.  They had umbrellas (it was snowing) and solar jackets for us.  They were organized and efficient.

I stayed here as part of a Globus tour.  It appeared to have a lot of tour groups, business travelers, and others staying here.

Great place to stay

The Crowne Plaza Berlin is a good hotel located centrally in Berlin. My room was large and nicely decorated. Bed sleeps excellent, a lot of space to work, WiFi works very good. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is really good, the restaurant is good as well. Recommended.

Good

Stayed here for a long weekend city break. Good location with several metro stations within a 5 minute walk. Potsdamer Platz approximately a 5 minute walk also. Rooms are good size with a modern décor. No problem leaving the bags with the concierge for an afternoon after we had checked out. Would definitely stay again.

Modern facilities in good location

I spend one night in this Hotel, located peaty far from the Center, about 1/2 hour walking to the Brandenburg gate. Rooms are wide and functional, bathroom is very narrow and problematic because the schower is not devided and after shower everything is wet. Brecfast is correct, other meals not, small amount and preaty strange... Staff was very polite

Everidge Hotel with nice and polite staff

From reception to goodbyes, the place is great. The staff is friendly, helpful, eager to please. We read about the rooms being quite small but we were upgraded to a junior suite which was luminous ans spacious; the bathroom was very well designed, the bed linen and bed were comfy, teas and coffees generously stocked up alongside the fridge. We had access to the club lounge, which offered drinks and snacks, books, games, mac and printer.
Breakfast was awesome, with a chef in a show kitchen preparing food on request. The staff was super friendly

impressive

Had the pleasure of chairing a conference in the Crowne Plaza and enjoyed excellently organized conference facilities, a great room and excellent restaurant and bar facilities. It’s a short bus ride from the main train station and features attentive staff. 

Scientific/Business conference

Such a beautiful hotel - well presented, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds - a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Berlin. Great location, only a few minute's walk away from the U-bahn and S-bahn stations that can take you almost anywhere in the city. I can't recommend the Crowne Plaza - Potsdamer Platz enough. A bit more expensive than what I'd usually pay for a hotel but most definitely worth it.

Incredible. Great staff and location

It's a typical business hotel with sauna. The club lounge offers an enormous balcony on the roof, so especially in spring, summer it's great to stay here. The rooms are all nicely renovated-good intercontinental breakfast-very helpfull staff.
