I stayed at at this hotel May 2016 and this hotel checked all my boxes: EXCELLENT location directly on a tram line in a quiet and safe neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants including a natural foods store, which is generally where I prefer to select breakfasts due to allergies. The staff were are so very friendly and the room was very clean -- the bathroom/shower looked newly renovated. The hotel itself was also very quiet -- it seems to attract very reasonable people. I will definitely try to book here again for any future visit.
