Came here in March for a conference and was immediately given great customer service pre booking from Sophie. She was helpful and friendly ! Upon arrival, check in was swift and went to the room. Rooms are smart and modernish but clean. Bed is OK but the pillow are far too soft ! Other minor gripe is cleaning knocks at 8am! Not great ! Other than that stay was good facilities were good and the food was really really good ! That was probably the best part of it to be honest, really really good food ! Would recommend and would stay again
