We stayed here for 4 nights and found the Pullman to be well located (very handy for the UBahn/SBahn and with a bus stop outside). Reception staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were really clean and comfortable and the views over the zoo were lovely. Don’t be put off by some reviews - it’s a great hotel and I’d definitely stay here again.
