If you're looking for something in northern Berlin, you'll find a nice room, a functional bathroom, a low-floor garage and a great breakfast buffet waiting for you. Thanks also to the very friendly staff.

Excellent service very nice, hardworking staff, clean room and bathroom, new furniture, small bar in the lobby area with acceptable prices and very friendly service. Very highly recommended breakfast buffet, choice and offer hardly to top. For this they would have earned a star more.

Very clean

The hotel is very clean and this is my top priority in times of Corona. The staff are all really very kind and helpful... just great! I have rarely experienced such friendly staff in a hotel. The breakfast offers everything you need and it's in the  delicious variant. Wurst and cheese are not cheap packaged goods, but solid and delicious. The buffet offers different kinds of bread, bread, steak, cereal, sausage, cheese, jam, yogurt, appetizer, sour turmeric, cooked eggs (milk, coffee, cacao, espresso, water, etc.) so I decided to go to the hotel. For a hotel this is a very high-end breakfast.

A clean hotel with great staff

Free parking beside the hotel (their property) so didn’t need to pay 7 euro for underground parking.  

Staff at reception were ok.  Breakfast was expensive (10 euros each) but good.  Tried to not have the second morning so we didn’t have to pay but since we had requested it in advance, we had to eat/pay.  

Room was a good size with nice furniture and a comfortable bed and bedding.  The reading lamps were good.  Desk with chair which worked fine for playing cards and eating dinner when we moved in the other chair.  TV had an English channel, nice to catch up on the news.

Nice modern bathroom.

Transit was handy and easy to get downtown.  We didn’t find the subway easy to get around, but the connections to and from the hotel were good and we had no problems.

Reasonable choice/price for Berlin

I booked for three nights; everything was fine and even exceeded my expectations. The room had everything you need for a short stay. The service was friendly. I couldn't judge breakfast because I didn't book any. The only shortcoming: a little far from the city center (30-45 minutes by car). Fortunately, it had a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Good value for money

Although not centrally located in Berlin (Pankow), but the tram/bus stop is in front of the building. Room & bathroom is normally equipped, my room on the side of the road still heard some traffic, but not loud. Good rich breakfast. I would book again.

A good hotel in Berlin

We were in Berlin with friends over the weekend and found the hotel great. Right across the street from the hotel is the S-Bahn station and you can comfortably get around in about 25 minutes with 1x in Pankow to Berlin Mitte. Our room was nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for 9.50 euros was top.

Class hotel for short trips to Berlin

This hotel has a great pricing but there are some definite drawbacks. One of my main criteria was the Wi-Fi and that worked well throughout our visit. One thing they don't mention is that they only give you fresh towels every four days. Several reviews mention that it is far from the city but has good connections, which is true, but all of them require a trolley ride followed by one or more connections on the underground. This works well, but eats a lot of time.

Everything else at the hotel was great. The staff was helpful but had only limited English, which sometimes got interesting. They always did their best to answer our questions though. We only had the breakfast once, because it wasn't included in our package, but it was very nice. The room was clean. They did make up the room every day, just no towels.

If you stay at the hotel get a room away from the roadway. You have to open the windows, because there is no air conditioning and the roadway is very loud with frequent very annoying sirens throughout the night and day. We visited in July and it was tolerable, but had to request a fan which the hotel did provide at no charge.

There are a number of restaurants relatively close by, but you have to ride the tram or the bus to all of them. Several were quite good. I recommend Steak Company which was a standout and only about 10 minutes away via the tram and a short walk.

For the price this is a reasonable hotel but you're going to need to buy a pass for public transportation or spend a lot on taxis. I would stay there again.

Businesshotel also basic hotel

The room we chose was not very cheap, but it was very quiet. Breakfast was great, with exclusive coffee machines. Staff very helpful with public questions. Transportation, etc.

Recommended for Berlin

Positive: very friendly staff, hotel garage, clean rooms, beds were ok Not quite mine: bathroom was very small, room with windows directly to the main street, two single beds; but I went from sleeping to not having breakfast. For one night ok. Two nights I didn't find it so pleasant. Three stars didn't have it for me. I would only book it once in an emergency.
