Absolutely amazing hostel! We stayed here for about a week after just returning from southeast Asia. We weren't expecting much from the negative reviews and it being in Europe, but we were plesently surprised. Rooms were nice with the softest beds ever. The staff were great, the hostel is run by a lovely lady and her funny kiwi husband, however one bald member of staff with no relevency has some sort of superiority complex and is just rude. It is a very unique hostel with the rooms along the street; although there are trams going through the street and sometimes can be quite noisy I definitely would recommend this place. It is perfectly located and you can get into town very easily via walking or metro.
