The photos are exactly the same as being advertised. Great place to stay. Comfortable and very large for a family of four. The two bedroom and two bathrooms are such a plus during a family vacation of 7 days. The staff is very accommodating with every request we had. Excellent apartment to stay in!

The accommodation is nice and well located. We had booked an apartment for three people, but the third person did not have his own bed but only a sofa bed, which we did not find so good at the price. Even the balcony, which was rather sad, was only equipped for two people in the end. That is why there is no best rating.

Nice accommodation

Stayed for a few nights in a nice sized efficiency with all amenities that are needed. Very clean and in good shape. Breakfast was quite good, could be a little more diverse. The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance to the inner city. I would stay there again.

I booked this studio apartment for my husbands 50th birthday a year ago after doing a lot of research around hotels and where to stay if we came to Berlin.  The pictures don’t do it justice, our room was excellent.  Top floor (7th) of building and we were at the front overlooking the main road.  It is noisy with the very large fab windows open, but it didn’t bother us being as it was October.  The studio was clean and had everything you need for a few days, even a week I’d think. The bathroom was large and the shower great. The breakfast was adequate for us, we just had cereals, croissant, juice and a coffee. The tram is right outside your door, but we walked everywhere (about 12 mins from the TV Tower) which we could see from our roof terrace.  If you get there late at night you can still get into your room and you check in the next day. Would def. recommend and would stay here again.

Roof Top Terrace for 50th Birthday

We stayed 2 nights in Berlin at this location.
The apartments are not cheap, but are large and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a seperate room which was great.

The kitchenette was a let down as it was older and a bit worn. To get an iron we had to go to reception and book this.

The apartments are located in an area that is okay. Shops are close by and it was an easy walk to the large shopping area. 

The room was great forna family of 5 as we had plenty of space. 

Washing clothes was expensive as well.

Spacious and Large Apartment

I had one of the studios in the inner courtyard that's great, like with kids, and I liked that it has a small kitchen, and it's all very generous and well cut.

It's a great price. It's a great style.

Went here this summer, got an appartment on the top. 

The place was clean, the appartment in good shape and well equipped, we really enjoyed it.

It is located near the u-bahn and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We arrived by car and there were no problem finding parking near the appartment.

We stayed with 3 friends for 5 days.An apartment with a large bedroom and a living room with a large sofa bed.A kitchen with a small fridge and basic equipment with the essentials.Excellent location and cleanliness, a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplazt, a quiet neighborhood and numerous cafes and places.How negative would it be to say that the room had no door and that we were knocked on a fifth floor without an elevator (75 steps).

Recommended and a good price

I had a large double room that was very modernly furnished. The bed is ideal for my back and me, the kitchen is convenient (I barely used it) and the bathroom is good, even if my towel is shaking. The location is great and the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. I was here for work and would also like to stay here privately. I highly recommend.

I liked the apartments. There are plenty of places, a spacious room, windows on the floor. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The coffee shop is a dropper (there is no coffee). The refrigerator, appliances, dishes. There is also plenty of room and a window in the bathroom:) The mega bed is comfortable, the laundry is white and pleasant. The location is super: next to the U-bahn (metro) Rosa Luxembourg, to Alexanderplatz 15 minutes on foot, and from there to any place in Berlin is easy to reach. Around there are many cafes and restaurants. The coffee bar is good👌🏻. · The only drawback: the floor screams terribly!!! And the sound insulation is very bad, especially when you hear every step of the neighbors from above and what's happening on the stairs.
