14 reviewsNabburg is a medieval town in Upper Palatinate close to the former (!) border between Western Germany and the GDR. The hotel is located in the historic part of the town (parking space behind the hotel). You may even walk from the train station to the hotel although it will take you some minutes climbing the Nabburg hill. However, I expected a kind of small historic room with outdated interior... but I was totally wrong and I was extremely surprised... a large room (five windows or so), a sofa, a long chair, two desks, a large double bed... and a lot of space (just if you want to dance or so). The bathroom is in modern style with a large wash-bowl made of glass and a properly separated shower. The breakfast is nice with a wide variety. Don't be surprised if the personal grabs you already on the floor and asks you for tea/coffee and your preferred style of eggs. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I really like this hotel :) PS: As far as I know, there is no "Alter Pfarrhof" in 92421 Schwandorf, but I may be wrong. However, the street and the house number match the "Alter Pfarrhof" in 92507 Nabburg.
