Barockhotel am Dom

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 18. The hotel is right in the midst of the city in the shadow of the Dom but is very quiet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. There is an elevator to all floors. Communication was excellent and Christine sent us directions for the hotel prior to our arrival although our sat nav found it ok. All the delights of Bamberg are within walking distance so we just parked the car and left it for the duration of our stay. There is free parking outside the hotel and staff help you park but you can't reserve it. Otherwise there is a car park just up the road but you have to pay. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
