We found this Aparthotel easy to find. It was in a quiet, residential suburb outside the centre of Bamberg.  Access for the ground floor apartment was straightforward.  The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.  A supermarket was close by as well as an Italian restaurant which was very good. Plenty of free parking. There is a bus service but we chose to walk into the centre and old town of Bamberg which took about 40 mins. We had a great three-night stay.   

Great Apartment

We've been there for the fourth or fifth time, and I'd recommend it again and again. Very clean, very nice rooms. Not very close to the city, of course, but easily accessible by bus or bicycle. Check in, too.

Every year!

We had the second upstairs apartment in the back of the house, the bathroom with bathtub and shower was absolutely beautiful, and the heating wasn't that warm, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Good location, big apartment, great bathroom

Frankly, the best quality/price ratio for a hotel apartment. Very comfortable beds, super clean dishes and extensive supplies. Bakery nearby and open from 6am. Restaurant possibility nearby. Bus line 901 leading immediately to the city's key breweries.

By far the best hotel I've ever been to.

We stayed twelve days in the apartment hotel and it was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the upper-floor apartment, with 2 double rooms, with TV in both, kitchen with all amenities and a fair but clean bathroom and with what is needed. The accommodation has free parking inside the premises and a large living area. It also has free WIFI. The beds are very comfortable and we felt at home upon arrival from our tourist visits. Something bad? There is no washing machine that, on long trips like ours, would have been a point. Important: There is no reception. You have a very easy access key to the building so that you can collect the keys to the apartment. It is a simple Bacillo process, the truth allows the entrance to the exit, which is an ideal time to visit.

A good accommodation for staying in the family with children.

This apartment hotel is very pleasant and offers an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are top-notch and offer everything you want. Unfortunately, the location is not ideal for city visits, but you can buy this with confidence, otherwise everything is true.

Everything you wish for

Absolutely surprising: beautifully renovated house, modern rooms with beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, quiet, everything clean. Bus service to the nearby city. Bakery around the corner. Anytime I have to go to Bamberg.

Good and cheap

Apartment Hotel is outside the tourist area, in a very quiet residential street. Since I was driving I had no problem getting there. In the evening there is no staff and you get the password to the door by e-mail just before check-in. In the morning I had to solve a small problem regarding payment from the website I booked and only the manager spoke - a little - English, but we managed to solve without much complication. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen with the necessary utensils to prepare a meal that was not very complex; only the electric stove that did not heat as it should that delayed the preparation time a little.

Practical and comfortable

The aparthotel is great Twice stayed and if I have to come back repeat if it's very good you can park the car and walk to the center about 20 minutes there transportation and the supermarkets are nearby you can move very well by car and additionally it's super cheap everything.

On the outskirts of town in a mainly residential suberb. The Aparthotel has ample private parking and is within 100metres of a bakery and Italian Resuarant so fine for a day or two. 
About 200/300 metrs away round corner regular bus service into town with stops at Main Station and near City Centre. The Old Town is a Short Walk from Centre. Not much else round about but not really a problem. As stated by others no staff on site and coded key boxes for access. OUr room was on Ground Floor. Clean modern and minimalist but with adequate crockery and cutlery to make snacks etc or even full meals if desired. Water Dispenser in Lobby providing both still and sparkling chilled water so top up bottles etc for trips or just to drink in the room. Comfy Clean and convenient (if happy to take bus (quite frequent) on a 5 to 10 minute journey into town. Bus service starts early and there is even a late night service so you can leave car and go into town for meal and drinks at night..
