We had a lot of fun in Pension Talblick. The owners were very helpful and friendly. They provided a lot of information on the surrounding area and additional places and restaurants. Should defiantly consider as a very good option for anyone's next trip.

Great place to spend your time

Fantastic hospitality by the owners Mark and Hermein. Friendly, helpful and with knowledge of the surroundings/area and "things to do".
Great place with an awesome view to the valley. The B&B is located at the top of a windy road, but easy to get to. 
Delicious breakfast, served at a reasonable time. Plenty of juice, tea and coffee if needed.  (tip: maybe a little more variety after a few days).
Highly recommended to family and friends. We will definitely come back!

Great place to be!

At the end of the Hotels Road, this guesthouse welcomes us in a family friendly, warm atmosphere! Very well located, the rando is possible from the hotel! Lunch at the top, full, local, small evening meal possible! Room very quiet, with small balcony.....

If you're looking for a place to relax, to get away from noisy cities and stressful times, i would say pension garni Talblick is the place you're looking for. 
I spent eight amazing days there, and i was very satisfies, the nature there is incredible and the landscapes are spectacular, I'm defenitely going bad. 
If someone asked me to describe the place in one word my answer would be '' heaven '', room was descent, breakfast was delicious, the view from pension Talblick was breath taking. 
i would like to thank the owners mark and hermine for thier friendliness and kindness and warm welcoming, believe me folks if i wasn't missing my little daughter, i would stay more.

Best vacation so far

Despite the wind and rain, we had a wonderful third week! Mark and Hermione gave us many tips on how to make our holidays pleasant. We saved a lot of euros with the Kurtaxe Card (Konos Card). The panoramic swimming pool in Freudenstadt (8 km) is truly unique.

Recommended, cozy and comfortable

We spent 2 nights in the Pension Talblick and there was nothing to complain about. 

Inside:

Room size is fine, you got everything you need and the beds are comfy.
Nice and tidy.
You got a bar/restaurant in the pension.
The hosts offer helpful advice and are very friendly.

Outside:

It is within reasonable distance to the city center.
Amazing view, I spent a lot of time just taking in the scenery you can see from the room.
Lots of stuff to do around this area.
Parking is a bit limited close to the pension, but there is enough space a bit further ahead (about 30-50 m away).

Summary:

All in all very good price for the service offered, I'd gladly return another time.

Lovely Inn

We liked everything: the guesthouse, the location, the view, the good lunch, the kindness and usefulness of the owners. I point out one important plus: the owner offers you a free Sesame card  Schwartzwald Plus  with countless excursions; nature, museums, swimming pool access, chair, slope etc... In a word, we were delighted!

It's a great weekend in Talblick.

We stayed here for a few days. The location is perfect for those that want the Black Forest on their doorstep. Within a few minutes you are in the forest and following the well signposted hiking / cycling routes. The view and surroundings are beautiful. The couple running the hotel were perfect hosts, friendly and good company. We were the only couple staying there (off season) and it was nice to eat there one evening and chat with the hosts over a few drinks. I can't fault the flammkuchen which is similar to a pizza (but the base is even thinner). It normally has a topping of cream cheese, onions and bacon and originates from France. It's great to eat if you don't want to feel completely full afterwards...allowing room for dessert. Our room was great, simple but clean and large. No hair dryer for those of you with hair. The only slight niggle was the lighting in the bathroom, hard to see if you want a close shave. We would definitely go back again.

Everything was really really great!

Both Mark and Hermenin were doing their utmost so our 7 days vacation with our 3 kids will be as perfect as possible!

Mark was even arranging us sandwiches when we had to leave to Europa Park early in the morning missing breakfast!

Family Vacation

What a lovely find. Mark and Hermein were very helpful hosts.  They are multi lingual and their knowledge of the area is good.  Thanks to them we found a beautiful waterfall that not many people find :)

The hotel sits at the top of a windy road, but easy to get too.  Great views over the town below.

We had the top floor to ourselves as we booked 3 rooms for our family.  The rooms were clean and warm.

Breakfast was good and served at a reasonable time.  Plenty of juice, tea and coffee if needed.

The bar is open only at certain times, but that was good for us as were spent all day out and about and would pop in before bed for a delicious hot chocolate (thanks guys)

We would recommend and we will be returning one day .
