Angerhof Kur- und Sporthotel

We visited/stayed in Bad Worishofen to go to the Therme nearby. The hotel was very close to the Therme, very easy to reach (by car about 3 minutes). The room we had was very large, very clean and extremely quiet - we had a top floor room at the very end of the hallways. The bathroom was huge by European standards, so I was a little disappointed at how small the actual shower was...less than 2 ft by 3 ft! I'm a small person and I hit my elbows on the shower doors several times. The staff was very helpful and spoke a limited amount of English which was not a problem. We found a way to communicate! The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of things to eat - fresh and healthy - LOTS of different fruits, sliced meats, fish; a nice selection of cereals and breads and juices (including sekt on Sunday!) they made eggs (fried or hard/soft boiled) with bacon and sausages. Made me wish that we had made reservations for dinner! The 2 pools and 2 saunas at the hotel itself were very nice....an enjoyable way to spend some time using them but they close at 930pm. Because of the location of the indoor pools which are visible to the restaurant, swimming requires a bathing suit. The dry and wet saunas are textile free however. If you are not comfortable with nudity, beware. Parking was either on the street or in a lot just around the corner for free. I believe there might be covered parking available for a fee. Our stay was well worth the cost - good value. If we go back to the Therme, we will definitely come back to this hotel!
