I spent 2 weeks doing a Panchakarma cure - and the treatments and care was excellent! My health improved drastically, and is still very good 4 months later. This is no spa/welness holiday, but an individualized medical detoxification, followed by very good doctors and therapists. I have done this is Sri Lanka before, and here it was just as good - even a bit better. I can highly recommend a stay here for anyone needing to find balance.
