I was looking for accommodation in Augusta (Italy) and it appeared to me as my first search this hotel (in Germany) obviously I didn't notice and in a hurry to book I blocked my stay, during the confirmation process I realized the error and I detached the booking IMMEDIATELY. I didn't use the overnight service nor did I cause them any harm by releasing the booking almost instantly. They didn't want to know to return me the amount I paid and this is really unprofessional besides violating consumer protection.

Do not book

The hotel was very quiet. We were allowed to check in ourselves because of Corona. The reception was only occupied in the morning but there was a phone number for inquiries. The room was very large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage and seating options. The bathroom was a little small for my two-meter man. Room service was good. Everything was clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Thanks to Corona we got lunch packages. Everything was softened. We had to throw away a lot. Had you been better off. With a list or something. The hotel is very far away from the city center. There is a stop nearby, but that was the only downside. It was suitable for a short trip.

Short trip to Augsburg

The hotel is located in a quiet street, the hotel has only 2 parking spaces for the guests and these are very narrow and are right next to a fence - but that's not a problem, because you can park anywhere on the street for free on the side. The room is relatively small with a 60x200 bed right under a slope (2stok) it's renovated and very clean, only the carpet floor in the room is not quite my case, find something not right in a hotel. The bathroom is small but very nicely furnished including heating. The breakfast is clean and the choice is also very good.

Business travel

The limited parking was on a first in first served basis and it was a residential area so one had to be hawkeyed to find a park. It was a great location for us, being close to public transport. Good breakfast .Room great for our needs.

Simple but very good hotel. Good and varied breakfast. Very clean, but the bathroom is a little narrow. No elevator, but not necessary on only two floors. Very good service, even in the late hours.

Class accommodation if you do not have too many requirements

We stayed here during a week long visit to Bavaria. This served as our home base.  Very close to train station. Small parking area, but on-street parking is readily available. Very clean although small room. Nice breakfast. We would stay there again. 

No complaints 

It was an amazing visit to the Christmas Markets and nearby castles.

Winter interlude

Small hotel, comfortable parking, very familiar. Hot rooms, small rooms with modern bathrooms. Cleanliness ok! From the idea of the warmth of the house. Abundant and good breakfast. Very kind and courteous staff. I return there often. Convenient to take the tram, in 15 minutes you are in the center.

What can I say? I like it!

One night. Our room was situated across from a motion light that continuely went off and on all night long. Annoying.

It's a typical German hotel, located in a quiet area of Augsburg, but at the same time not far from the city center. Parking on the street in front of the hotel is free and there were no problems with it. We arrived almost at night, but following simple instructions from the email, we got the room key without difficulty. The room itself is small, the furniture is not new, the carpet coverage has also survived the best times, but in principle to complain about nothing - clean, simple, and the sanctuary is so wonderful in general.
