I know it has been said on here before, but the area this hotel is located in really does resemble a bomb site and it was with some trepidation that we arrived at the hotel early in the morning and had to call to be let in. However, once inside there was a mini oasis which was very clean and well kept. The owner Emms was very friendly and helpful and her English was more than good enough. Her husband was very cheery, but his language skills were perhaps more limited. The rooms were spacious enough, though there were a few items that could have been improved, there was nothing seriously wrong. Perhaps because the surrounding area, there was absolutely no noise overnight and we slept well. When we were around after 9, the breakfasts were excellent and prepared to order.

Good day. We stayed in this mini hotel for 4 days. The district of Avlabari. From the old town 10 minutes on foot. Private hotel on the 1st floor in a residential house. The rooms are normal. Breakfast is great. Satisfactory. domestic. The owners are very hospitable. Nearby is a wonderful restaurant House of Hinkali. With folk songs and dances, the prices are normal. Good private hotel for a small amount of money in the center.

4 days in Tbilisi

We arrived late in the evening and walked from the subway. Of course, the surrounding areas do not have a place for walks. But in general, I liked everything: the location of the hotel (close to the subway and the old town can be reached on foot); and the rooms that are equipped with everything you need during the journey; and the best breakfast; and the fairytale courtyard where it was pleasant to sit after long excursions. But I especially want to note the kindness, cheerfulness and responsiveness of the owners!!!

It's a nice place!

The second floor threatens to crumble over your head at night. Seeing your fear the owners are offering wine - whoever helps). So - the room is 10 square meters with a bunch of urine on the ceiling and one lamp on the wall. Yes, there is cold - but it is incredibly noisy, but it's not scary compared to walking builders on 2 coffee houses on the first floor.

It's bad, very bad.

The main advantage of this hotel is the people. We stayed for one night. We were a little unlucky with the room (it was next to the reception desk) we heard all the night entrants. Nice bedding and awfully uncomfortable mattresses (if we stayed longer nights we would ask to change the room) But all these are trifles. The atmosphere is friendly. You really get to visit!!! You are very pleased. George met us like family. He invited us not only with his wine, but also cherries. Very friendly and attentive. Tasty full breakfast.

Very hospitable mini-hotel in Tbilisi

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town, right next to the presidential palace. Very attentive, friendly staff. They met like family, drank the best of the home wine. The rooms have everything necessary for staying. The cleanest laundry, towels, there are even disposable toothbrushes and pasta, slippers, which are usually never found in this category of hotels at all. To the old town is literally 10 minutes walk, around many restaurants, shops. In the morning the hostess prepares this delicious breakfast, all the days that we lived in this hotel - it was always delicious, very tasty and healthy. In the evenings, dinner brushes, in the closet, we are silent, and we recommend that you note the relative quality of the food and make a note of the quality!

We felt the location was great, as it is walkable to the city center. The benefit of this location is that it is close to the shared taxi location if you want to go to Yerevan. Very nice rooms and breakfast area. Great staff.

Great place to stay

When we were brought to a neighbourhood with a small apartment building, more like a slum, we were a little worried. When we stopped at a high fence behind which we could see the second floor of a house with a drying pipe and a drying wooden liner, we struggled specifically - it was very late in the evening and around the May rush of tourists. But the lock was opened and before us, against the background of a cleanly cozy hallway and the freshly renovated first one, Gregory, the owner of this hotel, appeared.
