Visited the hotel with my friends and family . It is a average looking hotel with quite decent amenities. We felt we got value for our money during our stay. All the staff are so friendly and helpful . Special mention of Elizabeth who greeted us every morning at the front desk . She was very helpful and flexible with our requests. Even the housekeeper was amazing and helped us during the breakfast and with our everyday room requests . It is very safe for families and single travelers .However do not expect a five star service. The overall all service culture in Georgia is a very laid back one. I really loved it as we come to relax and are in no hurry. Best wishes for the hotel and its staff. If we come back we will surely stay here.
