The building looks awesome and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It's also very well located in the centre of Kutaisi with nice restaurants in the area, but those are the only good things about this place.
Unfortunately the rooms are very smelly, the carpets dirty and it's really noisy in the night. Even with the windows closed you could anything that was on the street.
The mattresses were horrible and I left with back pain the next day - and also the sheets are smaller than the mattresses and they don't go over the edges.
The bathroom weren't that clean either and I don't even want to mention the toilet brush...
I'd recommend to look after another hotel.

not really good

At first glance, it looked like a rock-solid hotel, but our room on the first floor was really of insufficient quality: old carpet full, tired bed, bed almost inaccessible because of a large square pillar in the middle of the room. Poor bathroom. A window doesn't close, thankfully the night at the back of the dressing room was very quiet and our night was good enough.

Nice classic facade, nice stairs, but the room's not level.

Room 112 at the back of the hotel offered a very quiet night's sleep. Yes, the carpet was a bit soiled and the drapes thin, but the room and bathroom were clean, and the continental plus breakfast (that included meats and cheeses, veggies, fresh and dried fruit, cereals, breads and pastries, and juice) was beautifully presented and delicious. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I found this hotel to be a very good value.

Friendly staff, great location and comfortable stay

The location is in the centre of Kutaisi which is the only plus point.

Rooms are dark, flooring tweaks when you walk and the bed makes noise when you turn. Bathroom is filthy and unclean. Totally disastrous.

Breakfast is namesake and you don't find anything worth eating or drinking, in the spread.

Due to the proximity to many Cafes around the hotel, one can listen to loud music until 1 or 2 am.

Prime location, miserable hotel

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will not return as this hotel is in desperate need of renovations (refresh)...we have stayed at this hotel many times and will most likely not return.  Our group of 8 could not access WiFi on our guest floors for all 6 nights we stayed there. They hotel called in a tech but it could not be fixed and we had to go to the lobby to access the internet.  I changed my room the same day I checked in due to soiled carpet (see pics) and the room had not been vacuumed. I never saw a vacuum with any housekeeper all week. Other members of my group also had dirty carpet.  High fixtures in many rooms are missing the little knob to turn it on/off so you had to unplug your lap to operate it properly.   Continental breakfast included in room rate had the same exact items each of the 6 days. Rooms facing the front of the hotel are extremely noisy.  Black out drapes are so thin they do not hold back much light.  While the staff is pleasant, many of their friends come to visit, lots of mingling out front, smokers, music playing, annoying.

Great Location But It Needs Help

Very good location in the middle of the small old town. In a few minutes you are at the Kolchis Fountain, the market or on the White Bridge over the Rioni River. Our rooms were backwards and therefore quite quiet. They were large enough, clean and had everything you need including WiFi. The price was more than acceptable at 40 euros for a single room with breakfast.

Central location, quiet and inexpensive

Judging by the name and the location and the same cost, I expected a lot more. I stayed at this hotel on September 27. I hadn't lived in Kutaisi anywhere else, so it's nothing to compare to. but in general there are much more decent hotels and for a more acceptable price in Georgia. I'll start with the fact that in the hallway near the rooms on the third floor there was an unfathomable heavy smell. I even got my head rounded. The rooms in the flight had the same smell but sewerage. The view from the window is generally good... (at least I was lucky) The staff was friendly and responsive.

What can I say? No, wow!

It's not a five-star hotel, of course, but we were told that it's the best in Kutaisi... it's in the center, the rooms are basically normal, big, but very bad soundproofing... there was a fight around the hotel last night, everything was heard and it was just impossible to sleep.
