Nice location by the lagoon but our house was by the road and not very clean. Bicycles and equipment were broken down. The food was right but the lodging was unpleasant. We asked her to book a tour with a specific operator and we landed at her niece's house without being informed. Finally she was not there when we were transported back to the airport... inadmissible! Go your way!

Mediocre and disrespectful of the client

They're really disappointed with the price of housing and the old equipment (e.g. they claim paddles but the derivatives are broken...), the meals are not very good and they don't even offer fresh local fish.

Disappointing

Very disappointed!...the change imposed on the family bungalow after 2 days out of 7 for a very small one away from the beach!!...small deej and very fruity meals not varied - no welcome ukulele as indicated!

It's a complete disappointment.

A simple but comfortable bungalow in a half boarding house, a quiet and serene resort for relaxation, an optional excursion activity. We went snorkeling in the lagoon, picnic, foot in the water and then fishing in the lagoon. Captain Eric was very helpful and friendly. In the evening we ate the product of our fishing.

A lovely atoll, warm welcome at Raîta's

200€/night for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children) in 1/2 boarding house... feet in the lagoon... heavenly place, warm welcome, people at the top... very good lunches and evening meals... clean bungalow, bathroom with hot water... we spent 4 nights in paradise.

The Paradise

We had made this booking (non-refundable) at the PAPEETE Tourism Show in September 2019. The total cost for 3 people 4 nights, in half boarding, 107 000 CPF (896,66€). Outside the beautiful beach, we had only unpleasant experiences on site. Starting with The TOTAL PROPERTY ABSENCE. The layer of dirty grease on the small bedside tables. Except for the 3 people 4 nights of the bathroom walls, the electric catches.

What a terrible disappointment.

The thing that I would like them to change is to stop hiding the prices. They offer you to visit the island, not to mention the prices. And it's expensive. Of course they do it on purpose, and it's been going on for years. It's illegal.

Unpublished prices

The place is very beautiful, quiet, restful if you wish. The rustic bungalows would deserve a little more care but having its bed 10 meters from the water offers an idyllic view. You have to fish to eat, thankfully Eric knows all the corners and it occupies! The few excursions are top, especially the motu lunch and swimming in the flow of the pass. We have said everything about Raita and Willy, the ukulele nights are delicious and participate in the magic of the place.

Almost like a Polynesian

The nicest of Ahé's guesthouses (there are only two...). Raïta and Willy are not very social networked and the better the place will remain authentic longer! The welcome is to the sound of the kamaka held by Willy and sung by Raïta. The bungalows are fresh and coquettish. A little punch in the water or on the pontoon with a manta ray. excellent cuisine. A day of fishing with Captain Eric but beware! We really only eat the day's fish, grilled on a wood fire and accompanied by coconut water or on site. A real Polish stopover you feel almost family. A three-night stay is ideal, where you can consume without synchronization. Thank you to Raïta and Willy.

A little bit of ukulélé

I was looking to book in Ahe in the other boarding house on the island. More seats so I headed to Raita and I'm not disappointed. Authentic and very pretty boarding house. Bungalow overlooking a very nice beach (Photo with coconut taken from the terrace). Bungalow equipment very well: electricity, pressure shower and hot water (which is rare in the Tuamotu and enjoyable. Kayaks, paddles, masks and tubes at night.
