Good quality B&B close to Toulouse in Villeneuve Tolosane. Quiet rooms separated from the  main house. The B&B is simple with 3 modern, well decorated rooms. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Excellent continental breakfast: bread, croissant, fruit juice and home-made fruit salad. Warm welcome from
the owner, Mrs Trochon. Parking not a problem. Our family took all 3 rooms and were all pleased with the quality. Highly recommended.

We spent only one night in this b&b. The room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. There is a nice en-suite bathroom with large shower and a great terrace for good weather. The breakfast was really excellent and we would certainly stay there again!

Host (Guillemette) was really friendly and went out of her way to help with any questions we had. Room was of a "beach hut" style and 1 of 3 adjoining ones to the rear of the owners's house. All had decking outside with a table and chairs so there was the ability to chill out, read a book, have a drink and eat a snack without feeling that you were imposing on the owner's own house (which you would do in some B&B type places). Room itself was good size and had all that we needed including big bed, good WiFi and a really powerful shower. Minibar was tea/coffee/water. Breakfast was really nice with loads to choose from and to eat. Easy to access Toulouse by car or car/bus to local station and take train (3 Euros per person per trip). Large Intermarche supermarket within 10 minutes walk.
These are not dislikes but points to note: 
This location is in a suburb of Toulouse whilst in a quiet road, this is not rural. 
Parking is in the road outside the property. 
Eating places in the local town are a bit limited as they are for a few miles outwards too. 
Rooms are used by business people as well as tourists.
