The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, the location is right in the middle of the resort, 5 minutes walk to all the shops, ski lifts and the bars. The rooms are cosy and exactly what you would expect from a hostel. I would go back to this hostel as I have had a very good experience here and it is very good value for money.
