I booked this in a bit of a rush and didn’t read the reviews until I was about to go on holiday and became very stressed out about our arrival. I wanted to leave a review just to say that this place was ok, not great and needs updating but actually ok. On arrival I cleaned the apartment myself as had read reviews that had said it was dirty. I have to say our apartment was clean on arrival but I cleaned it anyway. It was shabby and needs updating but the microwave worked, the fridge worked and the cooker worked.  it was warm and as I said clean on arrival. After reading the reviews I put our own bedding in the car, pillows and sleeping bags etc and was glad I did as there wouldn’t have been enough for us but the sheets that were left were clean. 
You have to lock the door from the inside as on the first evening 2 men came onto our apartment whilst we sat there and apologised straight away and said they had got the wrong room by mistake, we just locked the door when we were in the room and apart from someone knocking on our door at 2am in New Year’s Eve ( we didn’t open it) we didn’t have any other issues with security. It also was only occasionally noisy if people on our corridor were coming back from a night out.
Yes, it is a 5-10 minute walk in ski gear to slopes but we managed it ok.
It’s a budget hotel that needs updating but it wasn’t smelly, it was shabby but it was clean on arrival but tbh I gave it the once over and aside from sheets and towels then we had what we needed. It was warm and not excessively noisy. The staff were always polite to us. Basically it was like a hostel, we didn’t pay a lot of money for our stay and my main issue was that the decor really needs updating but in the end it was actually ok.
I am writing This review so that if you have booked not to expect luxury but take your own bedding, be prepared to clean the apartment if it doesn’t meet your standards ( ours was ok tho) but it is ok and we had a nice week skiing.

Just returned from this residence

i turned up to find what i thought was a party had just finished, there were cushions ripped, food on the floor, needless to say i walked straight out, i was lucky that i had friends staying up the road and they let me sleep on the floor, luxury. as i walked out there were 10-15 people complaining to the french guy who quite obviously didn't want to know, and went into his office and locked his door, nice. my keys were supposed to be in a key pad outside, but they were in the door!! just to top it off i got an email a week later to say they wanted £80 as i didn't clean the room when i left. i am now pursuing getting my money back. bert king ashford

please keep away, the worst place i have ever seen

This is the worst hotel I have been to, not only was the room dirty but some of the beds had sand/gravel in them. The kitchenette was missing a non, but that didn't matter because the thing did not work anyway.
And to top it all of, the balcony had both glass splinters and leftover smoked cigarettes.

So all in all, I would give 0/5 if I could. 
Stay away from this place! 

Ski trip

This was seriously the worst experience ever. When we arrived the apartment wasn’t even cleaned. The dirty bed linens and some dirty socks where still laying on the ground. And to top it all off, there where still was laying a pair of handcuffs on the bed.

After some arguments I finally got to speak to some manager. He joked about it and told me handcuffs are nice. Totally disrespectful in my opinion. Please don’t book at this hotel because it’s the worst you can get.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING

Incredibly filthy, disgusting, staff don’t speak English, which is just ridiculous in the XXI. century, rooms are extremely small and ugly, ski locker is way too small for 5 people, we got 2 room keys for five people and they didn’t even have spare keys at the reception. Also, they stole more than 50 euros from our caution money, stating that our room was filthy when we left, which is just a lie, as we cleaned it, so it was way cleaner than we had got it. Be ashamed of yourselves, petty thieves. Avoid it at all cost!

Terrible

Room was incredibly squished for 5 people and our ski locker had NO DOOR?! when reported to reception they were incredibly rude and wouldn't do anything about it. I went back another day to a different person, when the reception finally opened again and they begrudgingly gave me a key for another locker but when we got down there it didn't fit the lock so in the end we had to leave our skis in an open locker all week. Due to no room at all in the lockers had to keep our ski boots in our room but there is no where to put them on downstairs as very tight but you can't walk in corridors in them otherwise you get charged so watch out (they do anything and think of anything to get money out of you) Finally, even though we cleaned it top to tail and left it in 10 times better condition than when we arrived our room was charged 120 euros from our deposit! Ridiculous. Just don't go.

Awful

This place is by far the worst accommodation I have stayed in , in the Alps (possibly anywhere) The place smells , everything is broken or not working , the bedding was even dirty. It is the size of a shoe box. Even getting to the slopes is a 10minutes walk with equipment. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Terrible, dirty place. I had to unfriend the friend who booked this disgusting place. It's probably better to sleep in the nearby shopping center. Way cleaner and quieter than this place. And they make you bring your own linen (or rent their filthy linen) anyway.
