A wonderful family owned & run hotel in the beautiful Abondance Valley. We arrived 29 December, & left on January 2, having had their “grillonade speciality” on arrival (the best beef available), & a wonderful New Year’s Eve gala dinner & dance. The owners take tremendous pride in their hotel, having upgraded & refurbished some of the rooms & public areas. Ideally situated between Lac Leman/Evian, & the ski station of Châtel (with other smaller ski stations much nearer), & an hour from Montreux for jazz fans in the summer. It’s a real hidden gem.
