We used booking.com for reservations and nicely received a sms fay before our reservation from the owner with inquiry about arrival time & How to get there. Very much appreciated. After arrival we received the keys to our room.. more like a tiny house and some maps of toulouse with some explanation. We were worried about the distance to the centre, but there is a metro at the end of the street. Also accessible for wheelchairs. In a couple of minutes you are in the centre. B&B was very nice with an outdoor terrace.
