The property was fine except for the Bulgarian Fruit Pickers who were also resident. They were noisy and seemed to impact the availability of the usual services that would normally have been provided. I accept that this happens but would have appreciated some kind of warning, prior to our stay, as I do not believe we experienced the hotel at its best!

Last minute booking and even with short notice the staff met all our needs.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay on our way to and from the south of France, for a party of four, of which three octogenarians.  As the stay on the outward trip was on a sunday, I knew the restaurant would be closed, so we found another one.  The return trip was on an saturday, on which the restaurant was supposed to be open.  It wasn't.  Of that we were casually, but pointedly informed.
The pictures of the hotel on the website are nice, but have little or nothing to do with reality.  The rooms are clean, but the bathroom smells damp and decidedly unpleasant.  Beds are okay, and the blackout curtains are a plus for migraine patients.  Soundproof rooms ?  Perhaps for deaf people, but certainly not for us.  Breakfast was adequate, but barely.  No decaf.  Reception and corridors are in dire need of renovation.  On our first stay we met the by now more or less notorious taciturn receptionist.  On the return trip a slightly more pleasant young lady greeted us.
Conclusion : not worth the three stars.  Will not visit again.  There are better hotels available for less money.

Great for overnight stay.  Compact rooms but for the price excellent.Breakfast could not be better.  Would stay again

Great place for stopover

Lovely welcome and a perfect night of sleep

Stayed here on night of 10th September. Was not welcomed with a smile but by N unfriendly receptionist, sitting down who I initially had trouble finding our booking. We had two heavy cases and there was no lift or attempt to help us. The corridors are dismal and dark. The fire door half way along, was dirty and like our room needed painting. The room was very basic and needs updating/ refurbishment.
On the good side the restaurant meal was very good, albeit expensive. Breakfast was ordinarily but the same unsmiling male receptionist was in attendance.
This hotel DOES NOT RATE A THREE STAR and is grossly overpriced for the service and comfort it delivers.

Does not rate 3*. Badly needs updating.

nothing special .. breakfast with pre-packaged cheese ... is it Bourgogne? Expensive for what it is. I do not recommend this place...

Wont come back there

A very poor, unwelcome reception. On the eve of the National Day, the waiters all made it well-understood at 20:45 that service would end within 30 minutes. Any robot, however imperfect the contemporary technology, would have beaten the service offered hands down. This kind of hotel is the reason why tourists dislike the French.

Pleasant stay

We found this hotel a bit last minute, due to bad weather in the area we booked in first, requiring us to change our journey. Hotel in very nice rural area. Rooms are basic, a bit old with cheap synthetic bedding which is super sweaty in summer. No adequate ventilation (a « vintage » ventilator, would be great brocante but hélas ineffective)...so we did not really sleep. Hallway was worn out. For this, the rate of 88€ was a bit high. 
Surprisingly the gem of the hotel was the restaurant. The waitress was on her own to cover reception, the restaurant, looking after a child and preparing breakfast and was super efficient in that, even though as guest one could feel a bit “travaillé”. Food was great and at the right price.
All in all a place with good potential, and we left with mixed feelings: a rating of 2 for the hotel, and 4 for the restaurant
